By using SpeakLingua you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
SpeakLingua provides an AI-powered platform for English speaking practice, including conversation practice with "Luna" (our AI tutor), TOEFL and IELTS exam preparation, and a Speech Lab for shadowing native speaker recordings. The service is provided as-is for educational purposes.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You may not share your account with others or transfer it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service.
- Circumvent session limits or premium restrictions by technical means.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Premium plans (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) unlock unlimited practice sessions, full exam mode access, and advanced analytics.
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions activate immediately upon payment and expire after the stated duration unless renewed.
- Lifetime plans grant permanent access for the duration the service is operational.
- Prices are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

7. AI-generated content
The feedback, scores, and suggestions provided by SpeakLingua are generated by AI and are for educational guidance only. They do not constitute professional coaching or guarantee specific exam results. Actual exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
All content, code, and AI models underlying SpeakLingua are our property or used under license. Speech Lab recordings are sourced from public domain materials. You retain ownership of any audio recordings you submit for practice.
9. Limitation of liability
SpeakLingua is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@speaklingua.app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
